PetroCore Supply Solutions, LLC operates as an authorized reseller of information technology hardware, software, networking, security, peripherals, audio/visual equipment, supplies, and related services. PetroCore is not a manufacturer. All products sold by PetroCore are sourced from authorized distributors and channel partners including Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H Distributing, Carahsoft Technology, Arrow Electronics, and other authorized specialty distributors.
References to manufacturer names, trademarks, product names, and brand identifiers on this website and in PetroCore communications are for product identification purposes only. These references do not imply that PetroCore is an affiliate of, endorsed by, or in a partnership with any manufacturer beyond its authorized reseller status through the applicable distributor channel.

8. EXPORT COMPLIANCE NOTICE

9. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS NOTICE
Products and services offered by PetroCore for government procurement are provided as commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101. PetroCore's standard commercial terms and conditions apply to government purchases except where superseded by the terms of a specific contract vehicle.
10. ANTI-FRAUD NOTICE
PetroCore Supply Solutions, LLC will never request changes to payment instructions, banking information, or wire transfer details via email alone. Any communication purporting to be from PetroCore that requests a change in payment destination or banking information should be treated as suspicious and verified immediately by calling 301-520-1913 before any action is taken.
If you believe you have received a fraudulent communication impersonating PetroCore, contact us immediately at info@petrocoresupplysolutions.com and report the incident to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
11. ETHICS AND REPORTING
PetroCore is committed to the highest standards of business ethics and integrity in all domestic and international dealings. We prohibit bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and conflicts of interest in all forms. 12. GOVERNING LAW
